10th Annual Free Yoga in The Park.
Free Yoga in the Park
Allegheny Commons West

Celebrate a decade of zen with us! Our annual FREE Yoga in the Park series is back, and this year is extra special as we mark our 10th Anniversary.
From day one, our mission has been simple: welcome every age and every skill level to the mat. We believe that well-being is contagious; when one person finds their center, it creates a ripple effect of positivity that strengthens our entire Pittsburgh community. This year we will be kicking it off with a grand event “The Wellness Rave” on May 23rd!
This beloved Pittsburgh tradition has brought our community together under the open sky for ten incredible years. Whether you are a seasoned yogi who has been with us since the beginning or you have never even touched your toes, this free anniversary event welcomes everyone to find their calm and connection in the heart of the city. There is a unique magic in practicing outdoors—where the fresh air, the sounds of nature, and the collective energy of our neighbors create an experience that no studio can replicate. Over the last decade, we have seen firsthand how one person finding their center sparks a positive change that ripples through families and friendships, strengthening the very fabric of our community. Come help us honor ten years of health and harmony as we roll out our mats to begin a new decade together.
What to expect:
This is a celebration of the “we” over the “me,” honoring the incredible energy that happens when neighbors trade the gym for the grass. We’ve spent a decade watching strangers become friends and seeing one person’s newfound calm spark a change that reaches far beyond the park’s edge. Grab your mat and your favorite people to help us kick off our biggest year yet.
