Free Yoga in the Park
Allegheny Commons West
Enjoy our annual FREE Yoga in the Park series. All ages and skill levels are welcome. We truly believe in the power of this outdoor yoga event because when just one person is able to embrace greater well-being that it has a rippling effect, creating a positive impact upon our Pittsburgh community.
Exciting News! Yoga in the Park Has Been Extended 2 Full Weeks!
Join us for our 9th Annual Yoga in the Park—a beloved Pittsburgh tradition that brings our community together under the open sky. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or have never touched your toes, this free outdoor event welcomes everyone to find their calm in the city.
There’s something magical about practicing yoga outdoors. The fresh air, the sounds of the city mixing with nature, and the energy of neighbors coming together create an experience you just can’t get in a studio. Plus, we’ve seen firsthand how one person finding their center can spark positive change that ripples through families and friendships.
What to expect:
- Free yoga session led by diverse lineup of rotating instructors
- All skill levels welcome (seriously—bring your kids, your parents, your skeptical partner)
- Just bring a mat or towel and an open mind
- Beautiful outdoor setting in the heart of Pittsburgh
When wellness becomes community, everyone wins. That’s the magic we’ve witnessed over nine years of bringing yoga to Pittsburgh’s parks. One person discovers they can actually relax, another finds strength they didn’t know they had, and suddenly our whole community feels a little more connected.
Grab your mat, rally your crew, and join us for an hour that might just be the best part of your week. Because Pittsburgh is better when we breathe together.
Yoga in the Park runs from May 24 through September 20 (NOW EXTENDED!) and occurs every Saturday at 10am at Allegheny Commons West, near Brighton & Ridge and across from Gus & Yiayia’s. Use this address for your GPS: 638 W Ohio St, Pittsburgh, PA 15212.
