

Free Yoga in the Park
Allegheny Commons West
Counseling and Wellness Center of Pittsburgh has partnered with Pittsburgh Parks Conservancy to sponsor Yoga in the Park for the 7th year in a row! This beloved event brings together top yoga studios in the Pittsburgh area to provide the community with a free weekly wellness event.
Yoga in the Park runs from May 27 through August 26 and occurs every Saturday at 10am at Allegheny Commons West, near Brighton & Ridge and across from Gus & Yiayia’s.
Come and flow with Pittsburgh’s best yoga instructors in this free, all-levels, all-ages yoga event. Enjoy the feeling of practicing yoga beneath the trees in this city park.

A: Yoga in the Park runs from May 27 through August 26 and occurs every Saturday from 10am-11am.
A: Yes, this is an all-levels, all-ages event. Yoga includes physical movements as well as an opportunity for relaxation, stress re-education and relief of muscular tension. As is the case with any physical activity, the risk of injury, even serious or disabling, is always present and cannot be entirely eliminated. If you experience any pain or discomfort, discontinue the activity. Participant assumes full responsibility for any and all damages, which may incur through participation.
By attending you affirm that a licensed physician has verified your good health and physical condition to participate in Yoga in the Park.
A: Counseling and Wellness Center of Pittsburgh and/or the instructors may take photographs or video of the classes to use on their website or social media platform. By attending, you consent to the use of your image that may appear in any such photograph or video.

These include Inhale Yoga Together, Michael Miracles Yoga, Om Lounge Yoga & Wellness, Schoolhouse Yoga, Yoga Hive, Yoga Love, Yoga Motif. Instructors may change or be substituted without notice.
