Corryn Ling, Marketing Director
As the Marketing Director for the Counseling and Wellness Center of Pittsburgh, Corryn connects the community with the mental health resources it needs. With a background in strategic marketing and a strong commitment to advocacy, she works to make sure every person’s path to wellness starts with relief and real support, long before they walk into a therapy room.
Corryn brings experience in brand development, digital strategy, and creative direction across several industries. Her work is grounded in data and backed by certifications in Project Management, Data Analytics, Revenue Operations, and SEO Optimization, along with a Diploma in Mental Health from Alison. That mix of technical and clinical knowledge lets her build outreach that is both effective and empathetic, so the Center’s resources reach the people who need them most and the process of seeking care feels simple instead of overwhelming.
Day to day, Corryn leads the Center’s creative strategy, visual identity, community outreach, events, and digital presence, keeping the brand’s message authentic, accessible, and true to its mission of healing. Her role also extends well into operations. She leads the Client Care Resolution Team, working directly with clients to resolve concerns and improve their experience, and she plays a hands-on part in updating the Center’s systems and processes with a focus on making everything work better for clients and staff alike. Whether she is managing a design project, coordinating a large community event, or refining how the Center runs behind the scenes, her goal stays the same: to humanize the clinical experience and create a welcoming, inclusive environment.

A native of the region, Corryn is proud to make an impact both locally and nationally. She sees marketing as more than a business tool; to her, it is a way to do real good. Outside of work, she recharges at home with her husband and their animals, finding balance in the quiet, simple moments that support her own wellness.
