Pittsburgh Yoga Studios: What Makes Us Different
There are many Pittsburgh yoga studios to choose from—here’s what sets us apart.
While we love vinyasa yoga and are pleased to offer traditional yoga flows, we bring something distinctly different to the Pittsburgh yoga community. Our classes are designed around the unique skill sets of our holistic wellness practitioners, blending movement with deeper healing modalities.
Beyond Traditional Yoga Classes
Unlike most Pittsburgh yoga studios, our yoga classes are infused with holistic healing practices:
✓ Divine feminine energy tapping into creativity and inner wisdom through flowing, intuitive movement
✓ Reiki and energy healing woven into select classes
✓ Empowerment-focused sequences that build inner and outer strength
✓ Sound healing woven into select classes
✓ Intuitive guidance from practitioners trained in multiple healing modalities
✓ Salt Cave Halotherapy can be added to any yoga class
Our instructors aren’t just yoga teachers—they’re energy healers, intuitive coaches, and holistic practitioners who understand that true wellness happens when we tend to body, mind, and spirit together.

Yoga Classes That Heal
Whether you join us for a vinyasa flow, a divine feminine practice, or a restorative class infused with Reiki, you’ll experience yoga as a gateway to deeper healing—not just another fitness class.
This is yoga with intention. Yoga with depth. Yoga that meets you where you are and guides you toward where you want to be.
When you search “yoga class near me,” we want you to find more than just convenience—we want you to find a home. That’s why our studios offer small class sizes for personalized attention, clean and calming environments, the option to add on a salt cave session, and free parking at both locations.

Salt Cave Halotherapy Add-On Option with Any Yoga Class

When you breathe in the salt-infused air during a Salt Cave Halotherapy session, the dry salt particles naturally start absorbing allergens, toxins, and impurities in your respiratory tract. This can help clear congestion, reduce inflammation, and improve breathing for conditions like allergies, asthma, bronchitis, and more.
Additionally, the antibacterial properties of salt benefit the skin, helping to alleviate conditions like acne, psoriasis, and eczema. The salt particles can also improve skin elasticity and promote cell rejuvenation.
Yoga Class FAQs
Q. How do I register for a yoga class?
A. Students are required to sign up for class via Vagaro prior to arriving at the studio. Walk-ins cannot be accommodated. If a class is full, we encourage you to register for our next scheduled class. You can register online here.
Q. How should I prepare for a yoga class?
A. Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. We recommend dressing in layers—you’ll warm up as class progresses and cool down during Shavasana and restorative poses. Most students wear yoga pants, leggings, sweatpants, or shorts paired with a workout top, t-shirt, or sweatshirt.
You’ll practice barefoot, so no special footwear is needed. Socks are optional but can help keep your feet warm during final relaxation and restorative holds.
Q. What do I bring to yoga class?
A. Please bring a yoga mat and water. Blocks, blankets, bolsters, and straps are available for use at no extra cost. A limited number of yoga mats are also available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Q. Where is your yoga studio located?
A. We have two locations.
Our Monroeville yoga studio is located at 2539 Monroeville Blvd, Monroeville PA 15146.
Our Greensburg yoga studio is located at 600 Rugh St #150, Greensburg, PA 15601.
Q. Is there anything else I should know?
A. Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your yoga class start time. Students arriving more than 5 minutes after class begins will not be permitted to enter the studio, to ensure the safety and satisfaction of all participants.
Please remember to silence your cell phone.
