Healing Hearts: Suicide Loss Support Group
A gentle blend of mutual support and psychoeducation. Together, we will share stories of our loved ones, explore client-collaborated topics, and practice coping skills, stress management, and self-care strategies for times of loss. Every session wraps up with a moment to honor those who have passed (sharing only when comfortable) and a takeaway of additional grief resources.
if you’re looking for a compassionate and supportive way to navigate the profound journey of loss, Healing Hearts: Suicide Loss Support Group has you covered.
