Nicole Marvel has spent over 20 years guiding individuals and organizations toward holistic wellness, authentic leadership, and personal empowerment. As a wellness expert, empowerment coach, and spiritual educator, Nicole is focused on holistic care, believing that true transformation happens when we honor the wisdom of both body and spirit, and she’s dedicated her career to creating spaces where that awakening can occur.
Nicole’s approach weaves together multiple modalities she’s studied and practiced over the years. As a Reiki Master for over a decade, she’s earned certifications in energy medicine through the Donna Eden Energy Medicine method, completed MIRROR training, and incorporates crystal healing, essential oils, and sound therapy into her work. These aren’t just techniques to Nicole. They’re gateways to transformation. Her intuitive sessions help clients shift energy, discover hidden aspects of themselves, and step into new spiritual practices that support their journey.
Nicole is passionate about feminine leadership and believes that many of the skills society has traditionally undervalued (deep intuition, emotional intelligence, connection to nature) are exactly what today’s leaders need most. Her women’s retreats and leadership programs create space for this reclamation and recognition.
Education and Experience
With a B.A. in Psychology and Public Relations from Syracuse University and minors in Neuropsychology and Nutrition, Nicole bridges the scientific and the spiritual. She’s facilitated over a dozen wellness retreats and leads leadership intensives focused on awakening often-overlooked superpowers like intuition, sexual power, and energetic self-care as essential assets in both professional success and personal fulfillment.
After building and leading a corporate wellness company for two decades, Nicole expanded her work into integrative oncology, spending four years bringing much-needed wellness services to cancer patients and their caregivers. She created a grant-funded wellness support program through Hillman Cancer Center, recognizing that healing requires more than medical intervention. It requires community, compassion, and holistic care.
Hobbies and Interests
Based outside of Pittsburgh, PA, Nicole is also a writer, speaker, gardener, and mother. She finds her greatest inspiration in nature-based spirituality and in witnessing others step into their authentic power and discover what they’re truly capable of becoming.
