EMDR Trauma Therapy
Tahseen ur Rehman, LAPC, is a psychotherapist who provides compassionate, individualized support to people navigating a wide range of mental health challenges. She is trained in EMDR trauma therapy, an evidence-based approach effective for trauma and distressing life experiences. Tahseen has completed advanced training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) through the Beck Institute and works confidently with complex clinical presentations. In addition, she integrates techniques from DBT, REBT, and other therapeutic modalities as appropriate, thoughtfully tailoring her approach to each client’s unique needs.
Tahseen understands how overwhelming life can feel when emotions seem heavy or unpredictable and believes that seeking help is a sign of strength, not weakness. Grounded in empathy, Tahseen offers a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their feelings, develop coping strategies, and work toward healing, growth, and renewed hope.

She has experience working with clients presenting with symptoms of anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, trauma, panic disorder, grief and loss, relationship issues, and challenges faced by immigrant students and adults. Being from Pakistan, she is especially attuned to the experiences of clients from Asian countries and is fluent in English and Urdu.
