Andrea’s effective and comprehensive therapy style works to empower individuals to make these lifestyle changes by using client centered, solution-focused, and strength-based techniques. She uses a blend of other techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness and Motivational interviewing which are all evidence based methods to support clients who are struggling with difficult life transitions, stress management, anxiety, depression, anger, chronic illness, and relationship concerns. She strives to create a supportive, empathetic and non-judgmental environment that inspires clients to engage in the therapeutic process towards change.
