Cancel or Reschedule an Appointment
Life happens, and we understand that sometimes schedules need to change. If an appointment needs to be cancelled or rescheduled, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice. This helps us offer that time to others who may be waiting for an available slot.
Cancellations or missed appointments without 48-hour notice may result in a charge of part or all of the session fee, as this time has been reserved specifically for each individual. To cancel or reschedule, simply reach out directly to the provider via email—contact information can be found in your email appointment confirmations or through the client portal.
Client Portal Access
The secure client portal is a one-stop hub for everything needed between sessions:
- View upcoming appointments
- Access billing statements and payment history
- Review and complete important documents
- Update your contact and billing information
- Communicate securely with your provider
The portal is available 24/7, making it easy to stay connected and organized on any schedule.
Pay a Bill
Bills for mental health services can be paid online anytime through our secure patient portal. If there are any questions about charges or payment options, the billing team is happy to help billing@counselingwellnesspgh.com.
