The telehealth platform we use is InSync which has security measures in place to help protect your Personal Information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. Personal Information collected via InSync is encrypted prior to transmission, and once they receive your information, they keep it secure on their systems. InSync is a HIPAA-compliant organization and has a robust system of controls in place to safeguard information.
