Licensed Professional Counselor
Lauren Brewer, LPC is a Licensed Professional Counselor who aims to work collaboratively with individuals and couples to assist them in gaining insight and increased self-awareness. During the therapy process, she guides clients to help them work on identifying negative and/or blocking beliefs and help form more positive perspective-taking and a more optimistic outlook. Some other factors that are commonly addressed in therapy are problematic behaviors and unhealthy or ineffective ways of coping. Lauren assists in helping clients discover their full potential and provide the support and encouragement to promote growth and change. Utilizing a trauma-informed approach, Lauren assists clients to achieve a better understanding of how their trauma history continues to impact them and work to resolve issues related to their trauma.
