Angel Fine, Senior Billing Specialist

My name is Angel, and I’m a Senior Billing Specialist and Co-Supervisor at the Counseling and Wellness Center of Pittsburgh therapy practice South Hills location. I’ve spent around 20 years specializing in medical billing and insurance. After taking a brief break from the field post-COVID, I quickly realized that I missed it and wanted to return. From the moment I stepped into CWC, I was captivated by the calm, welcoming atmosphere, and after meeting with the administration, I instantly felt at home. It was clear to me right away that this organization genuinely cares for its clients, clinicians, and employees. I was thrilled to accept my position and become part of the team.

One of the things I love most about my job is helping clients and clinicians navigate billing or insurance concerns. I understand how frustrating dealing with these issues can be, and my goal is to assist with respect, compassion, and empathy every step of the way.

Working at the Counseling and Wellness Center of Pittsburgh allows me to do what I love while being part of a compassionate, empathetic, and truly caring company.
