He will work with you to obtain skills, which support positive mental, emotional, and behavioral change. He wants to help you manage stress and anxiety, job loss, low mood or other stressors that occur in life. Walt is motivated by the goal of helping you to feel better about your life, family, friends, marriage, work and other situations.
