Brittany Jarrell
Brittany Jarrell, MSW, LSW utilizes evidenced-based interventions and approaches such as Solutions Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and more. However, she recognizes that therapy is not something that is “one size fits all” and will take the time to understand what practices will be most effective for each individual. With that being said, Brittany applies holistic, person-centered care when working with all of her clients. Brittany supports career-long learning and is always actively learning new approaches and expanding her skill set for the benefit of the individuals she has the honor of working with.
Brittany believes in meeting each client where they are, and works in a partnership with them to enhance or restore their social functioning. She will utilize each of their strengths in order to assist them with achieving goals and finding a resolution to their challenges. Brittany understands how vulnerable therapy can be, and she strives to make each individual feel comfortable enough to share their unique stories with her. It is easy to feel that you are alone in this big world, and Brittany would like to help show you that you are never alone, and can work through anything that life throws at you. If you are reading this, you are already showing your strength by opening up and considering therapy! Brittany is grateful for the opportunity to support and guide you on a path to self empowerment and positive change.
