A Health Coach has a holistic perspective on health, focusing on not just food but also other areas of life that can impact wellness, such as your career satisfaction, the quality of your relationships, and how you feel in your home environment.
Health Coaching is designed to support you in regaining balance and vitality by helping you cultivate mind-body-spirit awareness. This holistic approach to wellness allows you to get to the root of what is holding you back from feeling your best.
Health Coaches do not diagnose, nor do they treat. Health Coaches can be part of a larger healthcare team in which they are one part of a client’s health journey, providing a safe space for the client to explore their options on how to improve their own health.
