The best part—you don’t have to be located in Pittsburgh because our Women’s Mental Health Support Group is held virtually and welcomes participants from the entire state of Pennsylvania. The online support group runs from March 28, 2024 to May 2, 2024.
Facilitated by Edvina May, LPC, NCC an experienced professional in hormonal health and women’s mental health, with a particular dedication to promoting hormone balance for women inspired by her personal journey towards achieving hormonal health.

A: Yes, we accept Aetna, Cigna (Evernorth), Highmark, United Health Care/Optum, UPMC.

A: If you elect to self pay, the required intake with Edvina May, LPC is $120. And the required intake with Jennifer Richards, CRNP is $200.
The self pay rate for the 6 group sessions is $50 per session.

A: During the intake session with Jennifer Richards, CRNP, participants will be provided with a lab script to undergo hormone testing. Participants will be required to visit their local laboratory to complete these tests. Subsequently, Jennifer will review the results with the participants.
