How to Navigate Major Life Events as Young Adults Online Support Group
This online support group occurs every Wednesday at 3pm starting March 16, 2022 through April 27, 2022. The focus of the group is learning to cope with the transition of major life events that are commonly experienced as a young adult. Ages 18-25 ONLY.
Group therapy is a unique opportunity to gain skills and new behaviors with the benefit of an expert-led experience while being accelerated through the lens of social learning that can only come from peer support. Group formats have been used to successfully manage a variety of mental health disorders such as depression and anxiety.

A: No, this is a closed group and participants must be in individual therapy with a Counseling and Wellness Center of Pittsburgh therapist.

A: It is limited to 7-8 participants.

A: Yes, group members must be 18-25 since the group focus is on navigating major life events as a young adult.
