Amy knows that in a world which can pull a person away from themselves, it is of vital importance to get back into a healthy and honest relationship with yourself. She knows when this alignment happens within self, one tends to find inner balance and life begins to fall into place. Amy believes that by providing an environment of listening, empathy, non-judgement and validation, a person can get in touch with who they are, who they want to be, how they feel, and what they think and believe. Amy believes this is where healing begins.
Amy will help you rediscover an empowered version of yourself and encourage you in what you need and want in life. She will support you in the discovery process of healthy boundaries and will help you develop discernment in what is and is not acceptable in your life. She will encourage your development of healthy skills to cope and assist you in getting through life’s challenges as well as aide in uncovering solutions to areas that need them. You will leave sessions feeling safe, connected, vulnerable, listened to and heard, validated, uncomfortably challenged in the most comfortable of ways, inspired, and understood. You will feel loved and accepted for who you are and well, isn’t that some of the best medicine? To be seen. To be heard. To be loved. For exactly who you are. I invite you to embark on an inward journey and adventure. One of rediscovery and the continued development of a healthier relationship to yourself and to the world around you.
Amy grew up as a middle child in Northwestern Pennsylvania with her parents and two sisters. Amy enjoys spending time with the love of her life, their son, family, 2 dogs, 2 cats, and her horse.
